I understand that this license is intended for my personal use exclusively and should not be acquired using school or district funds. Attempting to bypass the school's licensing procedure by procuring a personal license for a staff member with school funds may lead to the termination of access without reimbursement.

I agree not to disseminate materials or grant access to another educator, except under circumstances outlined in the allowed section below:

Allowed:

1. Sharing materials with a special education teacher, student teacher, or teacher's aide directly involved with my students.
2. Sharing with fellow team members provided I am solely responsible for planning the writing lessons for the group. They may not access my dashboard or retain ownership of shared materials beyond their use.
3. Utilizing the lessons across multiple classes I instruct.
4. Sharing a copy of materials with my administrator if required for lesson plan submission.
5. Posting lessons on my eLearning platform for student access.

Not Allowed:

1. Purchasing one license and adding materials to a shared drive accessible to other teachers.
2. Using school funds to purchase through this platform and distributing to other teachers, which could result in legal repercussions for the school or district due to unauthorized distribution of copyrighted materials.
